Our Rates and Area

Base Rates

Initial consultations and proposals are complimentary on every project.

Our general rates are $129 per billable man-hour, measured on 15 minute increments.

We offer deep discounts on ALL projects of 10 hours or more.

 

Equipment Sales

We add a small mark-up to equipment sold outright without a project.

When included as a part of a project, equipment is often passed on to you at our cost or absorbed entirely into the price of that project, unless our modifications to it have considerably altered it from its original state.

In many cases, your equipment or software will be subject to a third-party subscription. In those cases, you are responsible for the continued upkeep once the project has been handed over, unless you have contracted with us separately to manage those services.

 

Travel

We don't charge for travel time or mileage anywhere within a 40 mile radius of Peoria.
